Death On The Nile
April 28th 2008 12:26
Hercule Poirot is one of literature's most charming gents.
Sometimes I like to imagine that I'm a delicate and innocent young British lady, perhaps enjoying a relaxing cruise on the Nile located in exotic Egypt. Everything seems to be going swimmingly, I am having the time of my life, seeing the world, making the most of my chance to get away from the overbearing presence of my parents. And then disaster strikes. Death. On the Nile.
Everyone is terrified... everyone but me, that is. I find comfort in the strong arms of Hercule. Everything is fine. In fact, everything is magnificent.
This book is ok for people who like to drink tea.
